Introduction to Polyimide FEP film

Main features:

1. Made of single-sided or double-sided coated polyfluoroethylene propylene material, with excellent properties of PI film and fluorinated polymers;

2. Excellent electrical characteristics, excellent mechanical properties, resistance to chemical reagents, and good radiation resistance;

3. Good dimensional stability;

4. Can be used in a wide temperature range: -452 ℉ (-269 ℃) to+436 ℉ (+260 ℃), and can be used at high temperatures+752 ℉ (+400 ℃) in the short term;

5. Good self-adhesiveness.

Application field:

1. Wrapped insulation for wires, cables, electromagnetic wires, etc;

2. Can be used for insulation of H-class motor windings;

3. Interturn insulation and slot insulation of motors;

4. Suitable for high-voltage motors, high-speed locomotive traction motors, deep well submersible oil pump motors, metallurgical motors, spacecraft and other fields.
